Summary: It was a fabulous stay at the Adnate. It is located along Hay St where shopping and restaurants are. It is only a short walk from the Perth station. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very very clean. The frontdesk staff were most pleasant and helpful. When I arrived much earlier than check-in time, I was allowed to have my room because they had one available. I thought it was a very nice gesture. Really value for the price. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Perth.
